Atlanta’s largest ticketed New Years’ Eve event, The Downtown Countdown, is looking for bands to compete in a contest to kick-off the party and perform in the opening slot before Tone Loc and headliner Sister Hazel.The last day to register for Band to Band Combat is this Friday, September 11. The contest is open to musical bands of 2 or more (21+) without major label representation. After than, the field will be narrowed down 5 bands via online voting starting September 16.
