When I initially heard that CL had created the Intowner's Outside The Perimeter Guide, I had to laugh, considering the fact I'm an Atlanta native who has spent the majority of her time growing up OTP in the burbs. But having lived ITP for most of my adult life, you forget about all of the gems good enough to make you want to venture out.
