Umm, excuseee? Yeah, same reaction I had when I read about this. The Haute Dog (cheesy name overlooked) is an off-the-menu late night treat available at Decatur's The Iberian Pig after 10:30 PM.
Imagine and speculate from the photo above, an oversized hot dog, wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon, deep-fried (yep) and topped with a manchego cheese sauce, crispy shallots and spicy red pepper aioli in a freshly baked poppy seed bun. Apparently there is only a limited amount of these bad boys, but man, I can't wait to try one!
